Walking hand-in-hand with the sea of Akashi since the early Showa era,
with generations of expert eye and reliable craftsmanship,
we preserve the excitement of the just-caught catch,
and deliver seafood of unmatched freshness.

Leveraging the eye and skill we have cultivated in Akashi,
we become a bridge that conveys the wonder of Japan's food culture
to the world.
